RALC Training & Consulting Course Disclaimer/Confidentiality Agreement
It is understood and agreed to that during hosted events RALC (the discloser of confidential
information) may provide certain information that is and must be kept confidential. To ensure the
protection of such information, and to preserve any confidentiality necessary under patent and/or
trade secret laws, it is agreed that:
The Confidential Information to be disclosed can be described as and includes:
1. I agree that any information disclosed to me by Adel Givens and/or any RALC
Presenter/Representative in connection with RALC Training & Consulting shall be considered
proprietary and confidential, including all such information relating to RALC’s past, present, or
future business activities, training materials, research, product design or development, business
model, contributed forms, personnel, production, costs, profit and margin information, finances and
financial projections, customers, clients, marketing, and business opportunities regardless of
whether such information is designated as “Confidential Information” at the time of its disclosure.
2. Confidential information shall not include information previously known to me, the general
public, or previously recognized as standard practice in the field.
3. I agree to hold all confidential and proprietary information in confidence and will not use such
information except as may be authorized by RALC/RALC Training & Consulting and will prevent its
unauthorized dissemination. I acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure could cause irreparable harm
and significant injury to RALC/RALC Training & Consulting that will result in a lawsuit to recover
such damages. If a breach is found, I agree to return all written or descriptive matter and will be
banned from participating in future events hosted by RALC Training & Consulting.
4. This Agreement states the entire agreement between the parties concerning the disclosure of
Confidential Information. Any addition or modification to this Agreement must be made in writing
and signed by the parties.
Disclaimer: I understand that RALC/RALC Training & Consulting will take photographs and conduct
video recordings during this event that may be used at future events or for other business
purposes. I am aware that my likeness and/or image may be used for its intended purpose. However,
all information presented is confidential and no outside video or audio recording equipment will be
allowed. Violation of this disclaimer will result in ejection from the event without a refund.
